Statement of Purpose: As President, I would prioritize initiatives to attract and support early-career scholars, foster innovation in research, and strengthen connections among academics, practitioners, and policymakers across real estate and urban economics. I would focus on sustaining the success of Real Estate Economics, the virtual seminar, and both in-person conferences, which provide vital opportunities for mentoring, idea exchange, and professional engagement.
