The Department of Real Estate, Business School, The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for ONE full-time, tenurable position in real estate and urban planning. The Department aspires to advance holistic knowledge of real estate and urban development for sustainable and inclusive urbanization in Asia through innovative research and teaching. The Department has an excellent research track record and connection with global research communities in real estate finance and urban economics. NUS Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) provides strong research support, and we offer competitive remuneration and other benefits.

While we seek candidates with outstanding research in broad areas relating to urban and real estate economics, real estate finance and investment, and urban planning, those with backgrounds in environmental planning and urban development and public policy are also
encouraged to apply.

Candidates should possess a doctoral degree (or expect such a degree to be conferred at the time of appointment) and commit to research and teaching excellence. The appointee will be involved in teaching at undergraduate and/or graduate levels and undertake administrative duties, where required.
