PhD Opportunity in Real Estate Finance at Florida State University

Florida State University invites applications for a PhD student in Finance with a focus on Real Estate. The successful candidate will participate in doctoral seminars in corporate finance, investments, and financial theory, while also pursuing supervised reading and research in real estate economics and finance under the direction of FSU’s highly productive real estate faculty.

Upon reaching candidacy, the student will be expected to complete a dissertation on a real estate–related topic.

The program offers an annual stipend for admitted students starting at $40,000, along with full tuition waiver (up to 12 credit hours per semester) for both domestic and international students.
